Does the departing employee need to participate?

No. Exit Insights works entirely from existing digital artifacts. However, we generate an Interview Guide document that helps you conduct a focused knowledge transfer session if the employee is available.

How is sensitive data handled?

All processing uses your own API key or happens within your environment. The Security Review document identifies any PII or credentials found in the artifacts so you can address them.

How long does the process take?

Once artifacts are uploaded, the analysis and document generation typically completes within minutes. The review workflow allows your team to approve at their own pace.

What if the employee has already left?
